The tour was well done. It met my expectations based on the description of the tour details. The guide was very engaging. My only concern was that the 6' plus tall people should have considered the shorter people in the group and staged themselves in the back.
Our guide, Andy, was courteous and friendly. The tastings he guided us to were both delicious and interesting. He seamlessly combined history of the area with a well thought out mix of tastings. I would suggest asking about the details of the tastings if you have a food alergy.
We thoroughly enjoyed this food tour. We even returned to Sult Pierogi Bar for dinner that night. Andy was very informative and selected food experiences we would never tried on our own. We recommended this tour to our friends which will be visiting Victoria in the near future/
We met Andy for the a.m. tour and from beginning to end he gave 100. His knowledge and passion for his city and the food we tasted gave us such a special experience. I would recommend doing this tour with Andy when first arriving so there's time to return to some of the visited places. My definite return to will be for pierogi, and the Italian bakery and the community food area and of course the beer shop!
