Previously responded to but pleased to repeat. My concern was having been delayed at the airport due to Qantas delay in making luggage available, the driver demanded an additional payment of 30.00 cash for the inconvenience. This was paid although I firmly believed this was unjustified and a blatant grab for cash.

the ride was fine - only problem was that our driver was not there when we came out to the arrivals area - so we were not sure if he was going to meet us or some problem had arisen. he came about 5-10 minutes later.
major suggestion - to have some capability like Uber does to see where your driver is and if he is in location or not yet - would alleviate any concerns on when/if you are getting picked up
