the tour guide harry was a great guy. he was very attentive and patient with us. his basic lesson instructions was great. except we were not expecting the rental of the ski clothes which cost a lot. Harry also assisted us with the hotel that we are going to check in and even brought us there. thanks harry. we appreciate your assistance very much. more power.
Very good experience, short and easy tutorial. Guide is a nice person, he's patience and considerate. If you're staying in Seoul and wanted to go skiing, Jisan is your best choice, and choosing this day tour is highly recommended.
We really enjoyed the day trip away from Seoul on the ski slopes. The facilities are like any European ski resort, ie, they were all chairlifts, not button drags.
If you are not a beginner, but you are planning on taking this package, kindly note that you will have to fork out quite a lot to really enjoy your day. You need to pay for the ski lifts 60 per person good boots and skis 20 per set. If you are renting ski gear jacket, gloves, trousers, expect to pay 20 per set.
I feel like the tour operator has not been clear with what is provided. So I will summarise it here. With this package you will get the following: lift to and from Seoul, a beginner ski instructor, access to the beginner slope, beginner skis and boots, free wifi on the bus.
We had Harry for our ski instructor, paid for the full package and had two sesh, basic and another one up on the slope, it was good. Very knowledgeable. We dont exactly need the googles, its free but it did nothing tho its pretty lose to cover your eyes, we tried hard to tighten it up. Remember to use sunblock! Also, Need to pay extra 10.000 Won for the helmet. They wont let u go up the slope without helmet.
Harry, our tour guide, was very fluent in English and arrived on time to pick us up. He was quick to teach us the basics of skiing so we had the whole afternoon to explore Jisan Ski Resort on our own! It was a very enjoyable tour!
