This class was so much fun! My husband is very skilled in the kitchen and I am not, and we both really enjoyed ourselves. The instructor was very clear and helpful in explaining not only how to make the strudel and nockerl, but also the history behind dishes and the regional cuisine in general. The goulash for lunch was also delicious and can be enjoyed with a glass of wine while your desserts bake. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it for both kitchen pros and novices.
Very interesting and enjoyable afternoon making apple strudel and nockerl. Very easy to make and a nice environment too. Got to taste our baking as well as tasty goulash. Highly recommended, just be sure to check exactly where it is before you go as did find it a little difficult to locate.
A friend and I took part in a cooking lesson. The location, in the Moenchsberg Mountain, was wonderful, and within walking distance of the city centre. We had a fantastic time. Cooking apples trudel with Chef Johann was an amazing experience and the Salzburger Nockerl was also a lot of fun! The outcome was delicious, and we were well-fed throughout the afternoon program.
