ローマの中心部にあるファルネーゼ広場で本日のガイドであるプロのシェフと待ち合わせましょう。シェフと今日のメニューについて話したら新鮮な食材の並ぶカンポ・デ・フィオーリ市場で買い物をします。

にぎやかなマーケットプレイスを歩き、色とりどりの露店をみながらイタリア人の日常を感じましょう。シェフが季節の食材やスパイス、ハーブについて説明します。一緒に今日の料理教室で使うお肉や野菜、チーズを選びましょう。

次に、料理教室の会場であるローマの中心部トラステベレ地区の開放感あふれるマンションに行きましょう。いよいよ料理開始です。今日の料理教室では100%ご自身でつくっていただきます。一から生パスタをつくるのはもちろん、野菜を刻み、ソースを混ぜ、盛り付けまでしていただきます。

3種類のパスタをつくります。具を詰めたパスタ、ロングパスタとショート・ミディアム・パスタ、それぞれに合う3種類のソースもつくります。どのパスタもおいしいですよ。料理教室はまだ続きます。コースの二皿目となる肉料理、付け合わせの野菜、そしてデザートもつくります。習った料理を家でも再現できるように伝統的なテクニックやプロの技をお教えします。

最後はダイニングでイタリア・ワインとともに自分たちで作ったごちそうを楽しみましょう。ランチ後ツアーは終了となります。今日のレシピをぜひお持ち帰りください。

It was soooo helpful class to learn the right way to cook delicious food. Understanding why and how to do the techniques with professional real chef. Chef Federico was amazing, friendly, funny and perfect teacher. we really learned, enjoyed and ate. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit Roma to try this experience

Federico and the whole experience with him was amazing! Started at a local market we walked to his kitchen and cooked a delicious 5-Course-Meal. My tour was absolutely amazing! I met Chef Federico in a beautiful central part of Rome where we started shopping in the market. We then walked a few blocks to his professional kitchen where we learned authentic and delicious Italian dishes. The Chef is highly trained and qualified. I totally recommend!

Chef Federico was great. He was entertaining, knowledgeable, and put together a 5 Course lunch/dinner. He took his time and shared a lot of secrets. The only negative experience was when at the end he started to tell us stories about other tourists who did not tip him. Unfortunately this took away a bit from the experience for us.

This was anything but a typical Italian cooking class. Chef Alessandro is a professional and you can see that he enjoys cooking and sharing his methods. We went to each market/ store for our fresh ingredients and then back to his studio kitchen for a hands-on day of cooking 5 different dishes, from appetizers to pastas and sauces, meat course and dessert. He shared not only his recipes but also his knowledge of food, different ingredients and ways to use them, plating techniques and enthusiasm for cooking. We then ate what we made, along with wine of course, and it tasted amazing! Not only did he send us the recipes we used, but we also took home the confidence to experiment and be creative in our own kitchens. Great experience!

This cooking class with Chef Federico was definitely the BEST part of our time in Rome! He explained why and how to do things, and is really passionate about cooking! And he's so funny! Seriously, this is a really great way to spend a day in Rome! Our group had such a blast! Thanks Chef Federico!

Federico gave me the best experience of my entire trip. Detail focus on the best absolutely food you will taste in Rome, guaranteed. Amazingly organized and will take you on an above amazing journey. Not only does he make you feel at home, but wants to guarantee compete satisfaction to your experience, palette, and teach you a creative way of cooking. He's been taught by other top notch chefs in the industry and takes cooking to a whole new level. If you're in Rome and you don't take this cooking class you're failing in life, for real. I thought this was an expensive class when I booked it because I'm super cheap but this experience is Extremely cheap for the amazing food and experience you'll find here. I can't Bragg enough about the unbelievable fresh cooked pasta and the explosive flavors of Federico's cooking. You can be as involved as you want or take a seat back and watch a real master go to town! Absolutely superb fine dining experience- fresh from the market, to the kitchen, skills taught, and straight to your palette- accompanied by vino of course- red or white!

We can't say enough great things about Chef Federico and his ability to bring his passion of food to life! This was our last day of our 22 day trip in Italy and it was truly a highlight! We're huge foodies and really appreciate the presentation and plating with beautiful food. One of the many things we loved about this experience was Chef Federico making us feel that we were the most important people of the day and that every question we asked was important. He also allowed us to change the menu based on the food preferences we had as well as doing a deeper dive into any technical questions we had which was a huge benefit to have a teacher that really wanted their students to learn. The food he prepared was the best food we had on our entire trip! The presentation was stunning, the ingredients were incredibly fresh and the way he taught the class was top notch! HUGH thank you to him and his cooking talents! We truly had such an amazing experience and can't wait to go back and cook with you again!
