The bus stops are not well marked (everywhere) and it was very difficult to find along the Champs Elysees (has several). Even the taxi drivers couldn’t tell me where they were. The earbuds worked only on one side. The replacement was the same. Very cheap stuff. Could not sit in a chair since only one (of two) of the speker worked and there was someone sitting there already.
Is the perfect way to visit Paris. I loved the idea that the stops are only for them. We could listen the audio in several languages and we never waited longer than 4 min, most of the times there was a bus at the stop or arriving. You can get on and off as much as you want and the stops are at all the attractions, there is a stop even at the Train Station where the Eurostar arrive.
The tour was very good however, when changing to another tour bus route, the operators were not clear where to pick up the next tour bus. Paris has four bus routes covering different locations. They are the Green, Blue, Red and Yellow with each having different pick up locations. Was a bit confusing finding the different pick up locations.
lo disfrutamos mucho solo que los horarios publicados de la hora dela ultima salida no se cumplían.Tambien nos dijeron que era de 48hrs, que empezaría partir de la hora de tomar el camion y no fue así.
ONE STAR.. Purchased 4 two day passes and on the first day Dec 8, the ONLY bus it seemed was running about every 2 hours and the next day we stood by stop #1 for almost 3 hours and finally gave up and walked..I recommend THE BIG BROWN BUS as they had their act together RUNNING EVERY 5-10 minutes....
First day of a two day reservation horrible traffic causing much wasted time. On ondrop and pickup was quite lengthy. We ended up walking back to hotel. Second day waited for bus for over an hour along with other tourists. We all gave up on pickup even after calling company about no bus pickup. Terrible service!
