We had a confirmed pick up time at 3p. We were informed that if we didn't show up by 3:15p the company could leave and we would be considered a no show and lose our money.
We landed at 2p. Picked up luggage and were at the pick up site at 2:40p.
3o'clock came and went. Called at 3:05p and got an answering machine.
Called at 3:12p ..got an answering machine.
Called at 3:18p and finally got a human. I was told we were never on the schedule for a pick up. Was told there was a driver in the area and would get us in 2-3 minutes.
At 3:30 a red van showed up. Our driver, Nick , was very nice, but THEY were 30 minutes late picking us up. I would NOT use this transfer again. If we had jumped in a cab as soon as we got our luggage we would have been at our hotel by the time they actually showed up to get us.
