Booking the tickets online was easy. Little I knew, how much running around I had to do to get the tickets activated. This is a messy process and quite convoluted. After buying the tickets online, you have to go to one of two places in Honolulu to pick up the cards and get them activated. The first place was missing the cable for the machine. I drove for 1.5 hours to get to the second place only to find that she did not know how to use the I-venture card machine. After a few hours, a guy who was in Texas called and walked the lady thru the process. I eventually got the tickets, but wasted 4 hours of my valuable time. When I got to pearl harbor, I found out that the tickets are available at the ticket counter for much less than I paid for them....and I would have saved 4 hours of time. DO NOT buy from this vendor. BUYER BE WARE.
The tour itself was great-It was great to see Pearl Harbor. However, it was a mess trying to be able
to get the tickets. The paperwork was messy. I was told that we needed a 10 digit number--that
we were Not given on the voucher that we printed off the computer . We may numerous calls to
try and handle before we got to Oahu. But, even then, we had to take a taxi to the place to get
our tickets and and our 10 didit number hadn't been given to them yet. However, they were able
to get it while we were-The Pear Harbor tour A plus. The other mess-a F. The contact at Oahu tried to be helpful.
Tour was good and moving. Liked the tour of the aviation as well and got to meet a Pearl Harbor survivor.Liked the gift shops as well Toured a submarine as well. The Missouri was amazing and fun!
The only thing I did not like was having to go drive an hour in traffic to pick up our vouchers! Then only to find out we were sent to the wrong address! We had a hard time finding the address in the 1st place and when we asked for directions on the new address no one knew! We walked around and around hasseled by people to buy things from them till we found it.
