This was a great tour to Eze, the Fragonard Perfume Factory, and Monaco! The only thing I wish is that we would have had more time in Eze and Monaco because it seemed pretty rushed. I could have spent the whole day in Eze! I really enjoyed the perfume factory too, which when I booked this, didn't really interest me that much, so that was a great surprise! My daughter and I ended up buying a few bottles of perfume which I just love! Monaco was really interesting too- just wish we could have had time to play a little blackjack though! It was a really nice way to see Eze and Monaco for the price of this tour and very convenient that they pick you up! We actually called the contact name the morning of our tour and had them pick us up at the Negresco Hotel because we wanted to be down in that area before our 2 pm tour and it was no problem switching our pick up and drop off location.
With 4 different countries represented on this small tour, the driver was professional , very personable , knowledgeable about the area and gave a feeling of caring about doing his best. It wish he was our drivers on other tours we took. He was on time and gave instructions clearly. The drive to Monoco was spectacular. I would recommend this trip and especially if you could get the same driver we had.

My friend and I travelled in France from north to south for 10 days and Nice was our last stop in France, yet the most unpleasant one. As we stop there for a very short time, we booked this half day tour to see the most during the stay, as per the website the pick up and drop off service to our hotel is included.
Since the moment we get on the mini bus, the tour guide and my friend were talking about some random topics and the guide became very competitive during the conversation and I told my friend not to argue, as I take it as an expression of her strong personality.
Later on, the guide's attitude become more than obvious, that she doesn't answer our questions, and there's no clear instruction as of when and where to meet up after each walk by ourselves. The second half of the tour, we were basically ignored.
As we don't live in Nice city centre, and we were the last to be dropped off to the hotel. She tried to find excuses not to send us back, and she showed anxious and angry during the way back as the traffic jam was not good. Every minute sitting in that bus on our way back is a torture for us. The guide told us she doesn't get paid for the time she spend on sending us back, and her time is her life, so she was wasting her life to send us back to our hotel. She also said sth in another language which was suspicious abuse to us.
Until we asked her that whether we should talk about this with her company her attitude started to get better, but still she was banging the steering wheel while driving and showed extremely anxious.
If that's the level of service you provide, I don't recommend this tour to anyone. Otherwise, I highly recommend the employer to do a mental health assessment to that tour guide as I don't think she is mentally fit to work in that role.
Wasn't that special - Eze is beautiful but the many steep steps can be a hazard to those that are older or dangerous if you fall. Stopped only for 30 minutes so no real time to sit and eat and enjoy the location. The Perfume Factory can be a nice bathroom stop or a real headache for those sensitive to odors - very strong perfume odors. The stop in Monaco was disappointing - 30 minutes at the Palace which looked very ordinary outside access only and the cathedral where Grace is buried is very lovely but was too long a stop. The casino was a 15 minutes stop and gaming access was 17 Euros otherwise you'll have lobby access only and limited picture taking due to security no real views of gamers and 15 minutes is really no time to pay the access fee, go thru security and try to win money to live in Monaco. Monaco itself is built on steep hills with winding roads. Not my favorite tour on my trip.
