この1.5時間のピザ作り教室で、本物のナポリパイの作り方を習いましょう。タネの材料を混ぜ合わせて捏ね、新鮮な材料をトッピングにするピザ作りの秘訣を、熟練ピッツァイオーロ(ピザ職人)から秘訣を教わります。その後、頑張って作ったピザご自分のピザをグループの仲間と一緒に召し上がります。ソフトドリンク、前菜、デザートはこちらでご用意します。どうぞお楽しみください!

ナポリ中心部でガイドと合流後、料理教室が行われる近くのレストランへ向かいます。キッチンへ行ったら腕まくりをしてプロのピザ職人からナポリ名物のピザに隠された秘密についての話を聞きます。

まず生地作りです。ためになる指導を受けながら、生地を混ぜて、こねて、伸ばしましょう。北にあるフィレンツェのピザとは違い、ナポリピザはより厚くて柔らかい生地です。柔らかいイタリア南部の生地を作る方法をしっかりと学びます。

それから具材を選びます。ナポリは、この名物料理に関しては「過ぎたるは及ばざるがごとし」のアプローチをとっています。質の高い地元の食材を使うことで、味を引き出します。フレッシュバジル、トマト、やわらかい水牛のモッツァレッラチーズ、上等のオリーブオイルがナポリピザには欠かせません。これらを使って、あなたのピザを本格的なイタリアンピザにします。

ピザをオーブンに入れたら、焼けるまでゆったりと他の食べ物を楽しみます。手作りした熱々のピザにかぶりつく前に、無料のソフトドリンクとブルスケッタの前菜をお楽しみください。さらには「本日のドルチェ(デザート)」もついてきます。

All was fun and interesting. Learned the history of pizza and the way of making it! Perfect night! Picked up from our hotel and taken to the restaurant where the driver acted as translator. Stayed for 2 hrs and then taken back to our hotel

The chef did not speak English which we did not mind...however the driver was our interpretor and he was difficult to understand. The class was fun...the chef was awsome!

This was amazing !!

We are a couple. We wanted to discover the real italian cooking.

We chose this experience for the amazing review and we were not disappointed at all.
A driver picked us in the town, to drive us to the pizzeria. This is a new building on the East of the town, big and really cute.

They welcomed us with drinks and appetizer. We met Armando the cooker who told us Neapolitan pizza's story. He made in front of us the typical pizza and we savored it. He had troubles to speak English but the driver stayed with us to translate.
From theory to practice, we made our own pizza! Delicious!

That was really fun, Armando was charming and we had a wonderful time.
After the lesson we could enjoy our pizza in the restaurant. They offered us the dessert traditional Baba

That was a really good time, thank you.
I juste have an advice : don't eat too much for the breakfast !!

Eating pizza in Naples is one thing but making your own is definitely a unique experience! I had the chance to make pizza one-on-one with a very friendly pizzaiolo at Annarè Trattoria Pizzeria in Piazza del Gesu Nuovo. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly waitress who spoke good English and poured me a glass of Prosecco as an aperitif. The private lesson started at 1830 and lasted for approximately 30 minutes. In that time, the pizzaiolo demonstrated how to make a pizza, shared his recipe for the dough and margherita pizza toppings, and then allowed me to make my own pizza. Of course, eating the pizza was the next best part flanked by an antipasto of bruschetta and coccoli and a dessert of pasteria. Overall, an excellent way to spend the first evening in Naples!

This is the 1st Victor tour I booked that was disappointing. We were told we would be making pizza but only assembled it. We were given premade dough,stretched it out,put on sauce and cheese and put it in the oven. No appetizer,drink or dessert as promised in the description. The whole experience was about 45 minutes and even though we didn't get what we paid for he asked us for a tip. So ultimately we paid 50 euro each to cook our own lunch. The organizer was Christina and the restaurant was Annare. A waste of 150 Euro for us

It was great fun learning how to make the pizza we were given hints and tips that you don't see in recipes, and got to eat our own pizzas. The staff there were nice, decent people. The only downside was that there was a bit of a wait to go in, however we were given a table, drinks and nibbles and our starter while waiting, and the reality was that this is a busy working restaurant and we were probably taken in when there was a bit of a lull. It's an experience we won't forget. Definitely go if you are happy to go into a hot and busy working kitchen not a teaching room and get stuck in.

My husband and I enjoyed our pizza making experience in Naples this past November. It was great to be able to learn the steps of making a true Neapolitan pizza. During our class, we were able to take a ball of dough and transform it into a pizza - from the technique of shaping the dough into a crust, adding the sauce, and placing the toppings to watching the incredible speed at which the pizza cooks. Our only wish was that we would have been able to make the dough ourselves we were given the recipe and were able to write it down, but we did not get to form an actual ball of dough. Overall, a great experience!

My husband and I enjoyed this pizza making experience. What a fun thing to do. I can't wait to get home and try it. The Montanara fried pizza was totally amazing. This is a must do, during a visit to Naples.
