I enjoyed the tour overall. Got the double decker bus and sat on top. Watch out for the tree branches.

The bus tour and optional boat tour was very good but I would not include the Port of Miami as part of the tour. Lots of people very disinterested. It was boring and I saw other folks falling asleep. Other than that it was quite enjoyable.

We had a great time exploring Miami, Little Havana and boat tour of the harbor.

Miami tour was good but when we got on the boat for the Bay Cruise, they allowed more passengers on the boat so many of the passengers which were with us on the double decker bus could not find seating on the upper deck of the boat so had to go to the lower deck to find seating which was totally wrong. From the lower deck the view is much poorer.

It was a great tour, tour director did a great job. They need to be a little more organized. When we got to the marina our bus guide was not there to meet us, so our bus guide walk us to the marina. After boat tour our guide told us that bus back to beach will be at 3:30 pm, our bus guide had told us every hour on the half hour. Boat tour was over at 2:00 pm , we took a chance and went back to the buses and caught the 2:30 bus back to beach

really enjoyed this tour weather was perfect everything went smoothly would recommend this to anyone who short on time we were only in Miami for the day so this was perfect way to see igt

Boat tour portion was nice, tour guide was fun, beautiful sunset at time of our trip. Bus tour was just okay, guide/bus driver extremely pushy/sarcastic with tip demands. Not their fault, but lots of dodging of branches/obstacles if sitting up top, and not enough room below when rain started.

Could not understand the guide most of the time on bus. Very disorganized. Lots of confusion. Boat ride was ok. Would not take again.

Well organized. Experienced guides. Well chosen places to visit.

I didn't like it. Chaotic. First, they bring everybody to the local office to stand a queue to exchange your voucher for a ticket, then you need to wait in another queue for a double-decker. Some of the sights were interesting - particularly - Little Havana, where we stayed for half an hour. Bay Cruise was also OK. The things I didn't like - very chaotic, too much begging for tips. Instead of 6 hours it was about 8 hours - because of waiting in queues. I wouldn't recommend it.
