カボ・サン・ルカスで行われる4時間の料理教室で、本格的なメキシコ料理を最初から最後まで作ってみましょう。曜日によって変更するメニューからお選びください。地元の市場で新鮮な食材を購入した後は、地元のシェフについてメキシコ料理の技術やレシピを学びながら料理を作りましょう。4時間の料理教室にはボリュームたっぷりのランチが含まれています。シェフの目が一人ひとりに行き届くよう、参加人数を8人までに制限したレッスンです。

カボ・サン・ルカスの中心部にある集合場所までは各自でお越しください。ガイドと待ち合わせた後、地元のスパイス市場に立ち寄ったり、トルティジェリーア(tortillería)と呼ばれるトルティーヤ専門店に向かい、手作業でトルティーヤを作るためにコーントルティーヤ生地を入手します。

続けて、シェフの自宅に向かい、フルコースの昼食を調理します。メイン料理、サルサ、サイド料理に加え、グリルから取り出したばかりの熱々のトルティーヤをご堪能になれます。作っていただく料理の文化や背景について学んだり、ご自宅のキッチンでレシピを再現できるようコツをつかみましょう。食事の準備ができたら、席に着いてご自分で作った料理をお楽しみになれます。

Our tour guide met us at the agreed upon location and time. Our group had 4 persons. We had a large comfortable van to travel in. We made 4 stops to pick up supplies for our meal. The meal was hands-on and very educational. We enjoyed a great meal and drinks at the end. Our tour guide brought us back to the meeting point afterward. I have no hesitation recommending this event.

Wow! We made the best Mole I have ever had. Also made a stuffed Chili Relleno with big flavor and great presentation as well as other tasty side dishes. Chef Issi has got the gift! I am only sorry that I didn't know he does a chef's table. I would have scheduled it but it was my last day in Mexico. Thank you for what you have taught me, Chef Issi! My friends and I will enjoy it for a long time to come!

This was a terrific experience! Issi Jr. and Issi Sr. were wonderful teachers and guides about Mexican cooking and culture. If I was staying longer I would have done another course because the meal cooked varies based on the day of the week Issi has an Al Pastor rotisserie in his outdoor kitchen in the back deck!. The recipes are easy enough to make that you can replicate them back home and they will come out great. We made the best chicken tamales I have ever eaten.

An incredible tour. Chef Issi took us to markets spice, vegetable, meat, tortilla, etc we never would have gone to and he bought ingredients for our lunch. He then took us to his home where he prepared margaritas with a little help from us and then we made all sorts of appetizers, salsas and main dishes, He prepared dessert for us which was delicious and was accompanied by a spun sugar ball. His wife was with us doing clean up and after awhile his children came home. Such fun, so yummy and a wonderful experience. We would definitely do it again.

My wife and I participated in the cooking class. It exceeded our expectations. It was a great experience
and Issi, our host, was great and he is a proud Mexican and was excited to show us his local shops where all of the locals shop. We enjoyed buying the food that we were going to cook. He was a great cook and host. I would recommend this class to all. We even connected him to our concierge at the resort that we stayed at. Great experience. Highlight of our trip to Cabo San Lucas.

My husband and I were the only students in the class that day. We had a FABULOUS time and cooked amazingly delicious food. We got to meet the chef's family and extended family that day, which was a nice treat. We experienced some great authentic Mexican local produce, cheese, meats and margaritas. I highly recommend this tour if you are a foodie or not. My husband is a carnivore but still enjoyed prepping the vegetable side dishes that I got to enjoy. Making corn tortillas from absolute scratch was an amazing experience, from buying the corn masa, grinding it, forming it and cooking it. We had so much food that we skipped dinner that night. I highly recommend this class

My wife and I really enjoyed being invited into the Chef's home, learning about the origins, sourcing, and preparing Mexican food from the sauces, to the meats, to the desserts. The classes are small by design. We would do it again.

I highly recommend this tour. It was easy to get to the meeting point from our cruise ship. Issi and his family were informative and engaging. Visiting the various shops for the shopping was a unique experience most tourists never get. We each had jobs, like picking out the peppers, tomatoes or spices. When we arrived at their house, it was clean and well laid out for cooking. There were five courses of food! Bring your appetite. We helped by mixing things, chopping, rolling our tamales and making salsas and sauces. There were margaritas, stuffed peppers, chips and salsas, ceviche, the tamales and a dessert which Issi made. All the ingredients were things we picked up on our errands before the cooking started. At the end we also got to take home a recipe book that contained directions for what we made, as well as other dishes. I cannot recommend this tour enough! We even got a ride back to the cruise ship because everyone on the tour was from the ship.
