I ordered my activity to take place Oct 26 on Aug 16th. Either Viator or Tour Operator Gray Line Las Vegas ordered it for Aug 26th. When I booked in August I called to confirm my order and was told I was all set. When I arrived in Vegas on Oct 24 I called again to reconfirm and was told again I was all set. After waiting 5 extra minutes I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and call ed again and was put on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and called again speaking to the same woman who then told me nervously that the booking company had scheduled me for the wrong date on Aug 26. Horrible Horrible customer service and scheduling. DO NOT USE.
This tour was a highlight of our trip! Amazing aerial views of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. The Interior tour of Hoover Dam was really interesting. In combination with live commentary and video during bus transfer, a comprehensive social, economic and industrial history of the area was provided. Excellent accommodating and friendly service provided by support personnel over the phone, bus drivers and at Boulder City airport. Highly recommended!
Word of warning- when you get your ticket confirmation and it says Departure Time, it means the departure time for the Grand Canyon flight. You have to call 24 hours in advance to confirm the time the shuttle will pick you up from a hotel.
