This was an awesome tour. Our guide/driver Ravy was the best. He was so friendly, informative and gracious, and we were able to customize our trip to our wants and needs. He's so great! We liked the tour with Ravy so much that we scheduled another one a couple days later. And that one was equally as cool. Highly recommended.

We loved every single thing about this tour. Our friendly and patient driver, Kadek, drove us to five different spots answering questions we had and helping us take pictures. He made us feel very safe even among the chaos of a million scooters on tiny roads. Our first stop was the rice terrace beautiful! Lots of photo opportunities here. Next stop, a small coffee plantation where you are given a tour of the garden then served a flight of coffee, cocoa, and tea. All were delicious! Our guide at the plantation, Wayen, was humorous and informative. Next was breakfast with a view of an inactive volcano and a lake. Awesome. After that, we went to the most amazing waterfall I have ever seen. Lots and lots of steps, so keep that in mind. However, it was one of the highlights of our trip. There's lots of mist even at a distance, so bring either a waterproof camera or something to protect your camera. Part of the trek leading to the fall can be walked or you can pay a scooter-driver to give you a ride. I recommend walking all the way to the fall and taking the scooter back. After the waterfall, we went to an impressive temple for more picture-taking. Long story short, it was super amazing. I highly recommend this tour.
Had a wonderful trip! The listing says that this takes 10 hours, but actually, this took us 12 hours, from 7AM to 7PM to be exact. The drive between stops are long about 2 hours to the civet cat coffee plantation from our hotel in Jimbaran, then another hour and a half to the viewpoint where we got a panoramic view of Mount Batur beside Lake Batur, and another hour and a half to Sekumpul. It was definitely a full and tiring day, but everything was worth it - the beautiful stops, the trek to Sekumpul, our fun swim, and the surprise stop at the temple grounds of Pura Ulun Danu. Thank you to our very patient driver, Ma-De I hope I got that right!
Our guide for the day was very prompt collecting us from our hotel. We visited the community owned rice field, the tea farm and had breakfast overlooking the mountains. We then visited the waterfalls. It was a fabulous day with a tested formula of sites to visit. The only improvement would be if the company was able to supply wet weather gear ie raincoats/umbrellas as it was very wet while we were at the waterfalls. Our driver/guide knew the areas well and was able to explain things clearly and was very helpful throughout the day.
Great tour if you want to get a close up of Bali's hinterland. We had an excellent guide called Newman who offered every courtesy and was so familiar with the island he was able to adjust to avoid traffic hold ups etc. We didn't go down to the river at Sekumpul but got some good pics of the beautiful waterfalls from a viewing point about half way down. We were glad we didn't go all the way down because there was a thunder storm with heavy rain. Strangely, it was quite refreshing to get soaked on the steep climb back. You can get a motorcycle lift back to the top for 20000 rupees less than 2 USD . The breakfast break was wonderful. We had a good meal overlooking the volcano caldera which was vast and awesome. The rice fields are also worth visiting for their sheer beauty. All in all a great day except for the hour long storm which is not unusual in the mountain climate.
