Thanks to Stephanie, Jing and Phom for giving me and my girlfriend a fantastic cooking class. Stephanie was very patient and taught us step to step to cook the green curry chicken, steamed pork with blue crab and the Thai fried rice. You don’t need to worry about the result as you follow the steps!

A fantastic half day. Everyone was so patient with us especially when my husband knocked a bottle of oil onto the floor! and we came away with fantastic memories and knowledge. Oil was fantastic and so was the chef who helped my sister. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time, learnt a lot whilst still having a laugh with the chefs. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, an all round great experience which I highly recommend to anyone interested in food of any cooking ability.

This was a last minute decision to take the cooking class...1st one ever actually....and we my husband and I are SO GLAD we did, it was extraordinary!!! Tour of the market was perfectly timed, not too long, not too short, we learned a lot about the produce and the names of everything...very interesting. Then it was a very short walk not even 5 minutes to the cooking 'school'...a very nicely equipped house with lots of space to cook and very well organized with utensils, bowls, etc...they really thought of everything, it was very well prepared. You pre-choose 3 things to make and then make them accompanied by one of three chefs who are very experienced in Thai cuisine. We can't say enough about how nice this class was, we would definitely take it again....next time we return to Koh Samui. Highly recommend this class...TAKE IT!!!

We enjoyed our time and the guide was great, but if your intention is to learn how to cook thai food, then this isn't the class for anyone. We weren't given a recipe and were told to download it from their website when we get home, but we weren't given their website address to do this even though they advised that they would email this to us. Our chef was a lovely Thai lady who handed us vegetables to cut or chop without any measurements and all of us did as we were told and then she took the veg and herbs from us and then went and blended it, but we had no idea what we were doing. A great day out, but definitely not a cooking class

This is by far the most enjoyable and memorable experience we had for this 1 week holiday in Samui. We happened to be the only couple due to low season and had a very personal experience with Stephanie, Jing and Chef Phom. Our day started with Stephanie and Jing bringing us around the local market and buying fresh produce for our cooking. All the 3 dishes that we picked were freshly prepared and cooked in Stephanie's beautiful home. The way they conducted the cooking class from the gentile inclusion of us, to delegating tasks, teaching cooking skills and imparting knowledge was relaxed and entertaining. Finally the 3 dishes that we cooked was just mind blowing and lip smacking!! Really our most delicious Thai cuisine for this holiday. Strongly recommend this activity if you are looking for something different and personal!

Stephanie and her team were amazing! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cooking class. Very clean and air conditioned and you even get a comprehensive tour of the markets before you cook. Soo much food, you almost needed to roll us out at the end.

Had a great afternoon with Stephanie and fellow chefs, was lucky enough to have a private class just me and my partner that day and had the chance to make the 3 dishes we requested previously via email and a banana ice-cream, all which were amazing, and will certainly recreate now back at home. We had a taxi organised for our pick up and drop-off at the hotel and had the fantastic experience of seeing the local market and trying different fruits and curries whilst guided by Stephanie. Kitchen was beautifully clean, organised, stocked and Happy! I fully recommend this experience, we learnt and laughed a lot.
