I decided to book this tour since I would be traveling to Busan for the first time alone. I wanted a chance to see the city without worrying about taking buses or trains to get around. This tour was led by Paul and Su! They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. At each stop we were given free time to explore the the various stops. The temple, observatory, lighthouse, and Gamcheon Culture Village were all beautiful and interesting places to explore. I was able to take photos through out the day. Our lunch stop was also a delicious experience. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to have a full day of exploration by the sea and touristy fun at the Gamcheon Culture Village.
Our group of 8 really enjoyed our Busan City Tour and felt that it was great value. Our guide, Haram, was very attentive to our needs and was fun to be with and well informed about his city. Do not miss this tour, particularly if you are only in Busan for a short time. It takes you to all the best tourist sites without being rushed although a little more time to explore Gamcheon Village at the end of the tour. Thank you, Haram, for being such a great guide - and so good looking as well, always an added bonus for us old ducks!!
This was such a lovely day! Busan is not quite a walking city, so it was very useful to be able to access several great sightseeing locations that I may not have otherwise been able to get to on my own in the limited time I had in Busan.
My tour guide was Julien, who was genuinely fun company, ferried us to various locations. I absolutely loved Taejongdae, and Gamcheon Cultural Village and Yonggungsa were delightful as well, and the Songdo sky bridge was quite cool. The four stops were appreciably different to give a well rounded experience, and I am glad that I took this trip. The only minor detractor was that it was hard to keep our even small group able to find and get back to the vehicle in a timely fashion, which made us late on more than one occasion, which meant waiting in the car if one was on time. I think that is just a side effect of being left to our own devices at each location, which I prefer over school trip style tours, so that's just part and parcel, I think!
Amazing tour, a must do if you want to see really scenic parts of Busan! This tour consists of going to very unique places must-see places in a small group including Haedong Yonggungsa Temple which offers a spectacular view of the pacific ocean and gamcheon cultural village multi-colored houses on a cliffside. Lunch in the market was fun as well although make sure the english translation is accurate. The food that I ordered was grilled salmon on the menu, however the english translation did not mention it was the salmon head and tail. Considering the price of this tour, you cannot go wrong especially if you are tight on time in Busan.
We were fortunately to 2 tour leaders for our trip due translation requirements. David was professional and can tell he does his job with pride and with such engagement that if feels like a close friend excursion. Locations we attended were explained and topping things off, helping with recommendations that would say hard to fail. A job well done from him.
Hamei, the other tour leader was with every open approach and shows great attention to details. She engages the group on conversations always ending with a great laugh. Keep it up!
Anyone that wish to seek a nice organised tour for a day in Busan, this would be it. Some walking is envolved but got to do it for the sight seeing. I would seek for both leaders again upon my next trip to Busan. Highly recommended.
