My husband and I took this class a little over a week ago, and I cant say that we were particularly impressed. If youre looking for a professional setup/venue, with a professional instructor, then this is definitely not the class for you. Quite frankly, everything seemed fairly scattered, and low budget. Weve taken numerous cooking classes in Paris, and the instructors have always given us a recipe to look over and keep, followed by directions as weve gone along - as opposed to being bombarded with all the steps right at the beginning. The quality of the chocolate was excellent, and the chocolates came out great, but it would have been nice to have an additional filling - maybe a fruit, nut or caramel filling, in addition to the chocolate ganache.
