Let me start by saying we didn't stop at any reef to see fish or coral life or even try to look for turtles. We did chase down the dolphins and jump in the water about 3 times to try and see them before coming to a cove to watch them swim around in circles. Just know, you can not touch them! I booked this tour 3 weeks in advance to double check and see if my mother, who would just be riding along would be able to board the ship. Viator asked how and they stated that she steps over onto the boat from the dock. That would have been completely due able with me on the boat to hold her hand and walk her to her seat. They did not mention that it a step over to a hard plastic step ladder, with 3 narrow steps. She was afraid and upset, only one crew member offered assistance, and joked he would just carry her over....the captain didn't even show any empathy for the situation. If you have any family members that have any walking problems or stability issues, this is not the boat for you. She did great on all our other tours, since they correctly described their boarding. For all these reason, not seeing reef life/turtles not even stopping to try and see them, and the complication with my mother, I give this captain and tour a 1.
