Vittoria is an amazing tour guide. She made sure we saw everything on this tour! We booked this at the last minute for the last day of our vacation and we were so glad we did! It was the icing on the cake of a fantastic vacation!

Our tour was wonderful. It was only the four of us on the tour.

Victoria our guide was so wonderful. She was very knowledgable had a degree in history. She took us to a special place in Assisi that we didn't even know about on the mountain top St. Francis's meditation retreat. Our driver was also wonderful as well - very professional.

This was a very personal and private tour. Valentina, our guide, and Stefano, our driver went out of their way to make it a meaningful day for us.
My mother is not exactly the most mobile and fit of travelers, and Valentina was very attentive to that.
We were also able to stick to the program and almost on schedule even when we were challenged with rain, hail and steep slopes throughout the day.
It is the right amount of time allocated for each place. And Valentina was very knowlegeable about the history of the place, and also customized what to highlight based on our interests.

After the day was over, my mother and I felt we found new friends in our guide and driver.

Viator did not provide us with a certified credentialed tour guide. Our tour guide had never been to either Assisi or Orvieto. That was a surprise, given what we paid for a Semi-Private Tour. However, despite that disappointment, our tour guide, Nick, did a great job, was very knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. As a result, we had a great time in both Assisi and Orvieto and we would be happy to tour with Nick again. Maybe Viator could help Nick get professionally credentialed in Italy, so that he could enhance his tour guide capabilities.
