Museo Ducati

The Motor Valley in Emilia-Romagna is legendary among fans of Italy’s luxury motors, and the Ducati Museum is among the area’s most impressive attractions. Housed in the Ducati factory headquarters, the museum tells the story of the famous Italian Ducati motorcycles, which were introduced in 1926.

Visitors can marvel over the impressive collection of vintage and modern motorcycles; admire the large display of trophies, photos, and memorabilia; learn about key engineering milestones such as the introduction of the Desmodromic system, the L-twin engine, and the Trellis frame; and hear about iconic Ducati riders such as Troy Bayliss and Casey Stoner. A highlight is the illuminated race track featuring 33 legendary bikes.

A visit to the Ducati Museum makes a popular inclusion on tours of the Motor Valley from Bologna and can be combined with trips to the Ferrari Museum, the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the Fiorano Test Track, or the Lamborghini factory.
